Chewy 3-Ingredient Cookies

Simplicity at its finest! These delicious cookies are best fresh out of the oven. Make them more often rather than a larger batch for best results.


  • 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1 cup of uncooked quick oats (use gluten free to make a gluten free cookie)

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (use dairy free chips to make a dairy free cookie)


  • Pre-heat oven to 350F.

  • Spay a non-stick cookie sheet with cooking spray.

  • Combined mashed bananas and oats in a bowl.

  • Stir in chocolate chips.

  • Place tablespoon-sized cookies onto cooking sheet.

  • Bake 12-15 minutes (do not over-bake, they will be soft!)


Add a tablespoon of organic, natural peanut butter or dried peanut butter like PB Fit to make them peanut butter flavored and add a bit of protein! Yum!
