1 (15oz) can chickpeas/garbanzo beans
1 cup artichoke hearts drained & chopped
2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp grapeseed oil
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp Tahini
Pepper & Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and chill before serving.
