Our Policies

Please note, we have a 24-hour cancellation / move appointment policy. Which means you may make changes to your appointment, free of charge until 24 hours in advance of your appointment. This policy helps us ensure that clients who are waiting for appointments have every opportunity to get in as soon as possible; a last minute cancellation eliminates the opportunity for our practitioner to fill in high demand time slots.

Cancellation Policy

If up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment, you wish to change your appointment to another day, we will be happy to accommodate you based on practitioner availability.


If, within 24 hours and on the calendar day of your scheduled appointment, you wish to cancel or change your appointment to another day, you will be charged the full cost of the service(s) you had booked.


If you wish to change your appointment time to another time within the same day, we will not charge you a fee, but availability is subject to the availability of the practitioner. Please call, text or email for options. 


A no-call, no show for any appointment WILL result in a cancellation fee for the full price of the scheduled service AND require a pre-payment for services moving forward. If you no call/no show for any pre-paid services or services booked with gift cards, the pre-paid service or gift card balance will be forfeited. 


You will be asked to provide a card to keep on file. Booking an appointment indicates your agreement to this policy and your card on file can be used for fees. For all fees stated, your card on file will be automatically charged and you will be provided notice of the charge. If you have no card on file, you will receive an invoice for the fee that you will need to pay before scheduling your next appointment. The invoice will be due the day it is sent. Please note, any outstanding fees must be paid before you’re allowed to schedule a new appointment and you may be asked to pre-pay for services moving forward.


Please note, all pre-paid services (including packages and gift cards) are non-refundable and non-transferrable. 

Late Arrival Policy

Please note, we have a late arrival policy.


If you are up to 15 minutes late for your scheduled service, you will receive a shortened service as we cannot accommodate the full duration of your scheduled service in most instances. 


If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled service, you will forfeit your appointment and are responsible for full payment of the service scheduled. Your card on file will be charged. If you have no card on file, you will receive an invoice that you will need to pay the fee at or before your next appointment.

Other Fine Print

SESSION LENGTH:  Session length does not indicate the actual time of service, but the time needed to complete all aspects of the appointment from intake to check out.  

GRATUITY:  It is customary to tip your practitioner.

PRIOR TO ARRIVING FOR YOUR FIRST SESSION:  You will be emailed a link to our online intake form in advance of your appointment.  Please complete intake form no later than 24 hours in advance of your appointment. If you are unable to complete your form online, you may complete a paper form when you arrive. Please note, this may shorten your service time, if needed.


ARRIVAL FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT: Please do not arrive earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment as we may still be finishing up with the client before you & our door may be locked.

CHILDREN ON PREMISE: Please note, to book our services, you must be 18 years of age or older.  Also, our space is for adults only. We cannot allow children on premise during appointments.  


TREATING CHILDREN:  If you wish for your child to receive service, you must speak with Kelly before the appointment will be accepted. A minor cannot receive service without adult supervision and we must have verbal agreement from the child. 


CONDUCT: Inappropriate behavior is not tolerated. Any behavior deemed unacceptable by our practitioner(s) or staff will result in the termination of the service and the guest will not be allowed to return. The full fee for any discontinued service will be charged. 

PAYMENT: We accept cash, major credit cards, flex spending & health savings account payments. We do not accept check payments and cannot bill insurance.  

GIFT CARDS: All gift card sales are final.  If you purchase or receive a gift card you may use it toward services and/or retail purchase. There is no return cash value nor will any be provided. Gift cards are transferrable and will be redeemed for the person who presents the gift card (certificate or digital).  Please keep your gift card purchase confidential except for the person with whom it was intended. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: All sales are final.  We do not offer refunds.
