Infrared Sauna FAQs
The more hydrated you are, the more beneficial your session will be. We recommend good hydration on the days leading up to and the day of your appointment (at least half your body weight in ounces each day - i.e., 100lbs = 50oz. water) as well as only a light meal prior to your session (nothing heavy or immediately before your session).
Often our clients wear a bathing suit or their underwear for their sauna sessions. However, you may also choose to wear nothing at all. You will be required to sit on a towel during your session, however. If you wear any clothes, be sure they are free of plastic or metal (fasteners, eyelets, decoration, etc).
