Matcha Tea Latte



Matcha tea has beautiful health benefits. With matcha, you ingest the entire leaf and therefore receive 100% of its nutritional benefits. Matcha has 137 times more antioxidants than regular green tea it boosts metabolism and naturally detoxifies. Also, matcha calms your mind, exhances mood and aids in concentrate.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. boiling water



  • 1 tsp Matcha Powder (I recommend "Sunfood" Brand)

  • 5 drops Liquid Stevia

  • 3/4 c. Coconut Milk (or other non-dairy milk)

Directions

  1. Boil water

  2. While water is boiling, heat Coconut Milk on the stove - but do not boil

  3. Place Matcha Powder into mug

  4. Add boiling water and whip with a fork (will make it frothy)

  5. Add liquid stevia (~5 drops or to taste)

  6. Add hot coconut milk and stir

  7. Enjoy!
