Black Bean Dip

Enjoy this awesome fiber-filled snack at any time! Fiber is an important part of a healthy balanced diet. It can help prevent heart disease, diabetes, weight gain and can also improve digestive health.


Ingredients:

28 oz. black beans, drained and rinsed

Grapeseed oil

Artichoke hearts

Harissa


Seasonings:

  • Garlic Powder

  • Chili Con Carne (Penzey's)

  • Cumin

  • Sea Salt


Directions:

  1. Place black beans in food processor or blender

  2. Blend while drizzling in Grapeseed Oil

  3. Blend until smooth

  4. Add Artichoke hearts and blend until broken up.

  5. Season to taste and add Harissa for a bit of spice.


Serve with sliced colored peppers. Delicious!
