Avocado Chocolate Mousse

This favorite is from Chocolate Covered Katie's healthy dessert blog. Yum! The best part about avocado chocolate mousse is that it tastes so decadent and sinful that you forget you’re getting so many health benefits at the same time!


Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados (peeled and pit removed)

1/4 cup organic, unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup melted (dairy free, without soy is preferred!) chocolate chips

3-4 tablespoons non-diary milk

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup pure maple syrup (adjust to taste)


Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until completely smooth.
