There's a LOT of information to navigate when it comes to eating well. Books say one things, the news says another. There are so many opinions and so many contractions. How do you start?
I can help! I focus on anti-inflammatory foods nutrition. Note, I didn't use the word "diet". I don't believe in calorie counting. I don't believe in points. I believe in choosing well, replacing the things we love with some better options and upgrading our nutrition.
Food is fuel. Why wouldn't you want to get the best fuel possible for you and your ONE body you get in this lifetime.
During this session, you'll get handouts to take home with you to reference as you begin making shifts and make them over time. We'll also have 2 email check-ins as you begin to navigate your shifts.
